Work with a guild or friends, and if you find people who have a good amount of sense, yay! If you're referring to new people to the game though (newbs) then I'm saying shut up: they're new, and you were new once too. Those people are trying to have fun and you're not going to ruin it for them. . .

i will say something which you may agree may not agree but most of thease people beeing noobs is mainly because all the runners are running them to palces so thease new people dont learn to fight dont learn there chars or there skills properly. i mean some people i played with didnt even know what a chest was and that was in tombs.

Anyways, in all seriousness, the guy IS probably right - at least when it comes to PUGs. I on the other hand prefer guildies. Oh yeah...way better than PUGs. Too bad you need a little foresight to pick a good guild that suits you. *sigh*. Well good luck there guy. Keep fighting the good fight.

yes i was new, but u know what, not once in all the games i have played did i leave becuase we died once, only reason i leave a team is if A: they are being jerks and dont give a care B: everyone else leaves, or C: we are done.

To be quite honest sometimes I wanna kill me a few new players when they do stupid shit. I also only use Newb/Noob in Guildchat only. Yes I hate both words BUT never will I use them in public or call someone a Newb\Noob.

Like stated before everyone starts off as a "newb". I don't have a problem with helping out people that have just got the game because they will someday be vets. Its just the people who just like to piss other people off is what pisses me off. Like people that leave just for the heck of it. Just something we will have to deal with complaining about it wont help.

Im a newb, I have only been playing since January, I like to get a party together quickly. It should never take as long to get a party together as it takes to finish the mission.
